During a remote session, you will:

• Navigate through the interface while sharing your screen and thinking aloud.
• Answer specific questions about the clarity of the information and how well it matches your real-world decision process.
• Gather overall impressions on how these tools could be improved for small businesses.

Qualifications

• Professionals involved in selecting or managing benefits for a small company.
• Small business owners, HR managers, operations directors, and finance leads.
• Recent experience exploring or implementing retirement plans for their teams.

Requirements

• Decision-maker or influencer for employee benefits at a small company.
• Familiar with researching or managing workplace retirement plans.
