Role Description

We build content engines for brands, creators, and entrepreneurs. Our clients include Apple, Snapchat, Liquid Death, Golden Goose, Poppi, and MGK.

Our founders are editors. We've spent years in the timeline and we can tell in 10 seconds if someone's faking it. We're not hiring to fill a seat — we're looking for someone who's obsessed with the work. If you want to coast, this isn't the place.

What you'll do:

• Cut short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for major clients.
• Have direct creative input on hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
• Lead the editing process without waiting for direction.

Qualifications

• A portfolio that proves you can hold attention in under 60 seconds.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, no exceptions.
• Ability to take raw footage and create engaging content.
• Fast, reliable, and possess a distinct point of view about your edits.

Requirements

• Work on content for brands people actually know.
