Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SharePoint and CoPilot (AI) Coordinator to oversee the management, optimization, and integration of SharePoint environments and Microsoft CoPilot AI functionalities. This role will ensure seamless collaboration, document management, and AI-assisted automation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint architecture, AI-powered productivity tools, and user training to enhance operational efficiency.

AI Strategy & Implementation:
- Support the rollout and integration of AI-powered tools, including Microsoft CoPilot, across various departments.
- Work with IT and business leaders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance workflows and efficiency.
- Assist in defining best practices and governance for AI usage within the organization.
SharePoint Optimization:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and governance of SharePoint Online.
- Design and manage SharePoint workflows, libraries, and lists to improve document control and business processes.
- Ensure SharePoint sites are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational needs.
- Support SharePoint integrations with Microsoft 365 and third-party applications.
Microsoft CoPilot Integration & Enablement:
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Microsoft CoPilot for improved AI-driven productivity.
- Configure and customize CoPilot to align with business needs, ensuring seamless interaction with SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 apps.
- Train employees on using CoPilot AI effectively for automating tasks, content generation, and insights extraction.
- Monitor and optimize CoPilot's performance based on user feedback and emerging AI capabilities.
- Research and stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
User Support, Training, & Adoption:
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops on SharePoint best practices and CoPilot AI usage.
- Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows, and AI functionalities.
- Act as a liaison between IT and business units to gather requirements and improve SharePoint/AI functionalities.
- Drive engagement by demonstrating SharePoint, CoPilot, and other AI tools to highlight capabilities and showcase real-world applications.
Governance, Compliance & Security:
- Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
- Implement access controls, user permissions, and content lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate risks. Familiarity with Microsoft Purview is a Plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and AI-driven tools.
Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot, Power Automate, ChatGPT, and AI-driven analytics.
Basic understanding of machine learning, automation, and data privacy principles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Exchange, Productivity Suite and Power Apps.
Knowledge of SharePoint site collection management, and permission structures.
Understanding of document management, metadata, and workflow automation.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for SharePoint customization (preferred).
Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Designer, and Power Automate.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, JavaScript) is a plus.
Strong communication and training skills to support AI adoption.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and leadership teams.
Adaptability to evolving AI technologies and business needs.
Excellent communication and training abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft 365 SharePoint certification (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, or MS-600). AI or Power Platform certifications (e.g., AI-900, PL-900) are a plus.
Experience with AI-driven productivity tools and automation frameworks.
Experience in SharePoint migration projects.
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other collaboration tools.
Experience in AI implementation and change management.
Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and compliance.
