Role Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst to support and enhance Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and working with developers to implement logic using Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts across the SPM lifecycle.

• Gather and document business requirements for SPM modules (Demand, Project, Resource Management)
• Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
• Define and support implementation of:
  • Business Rules (server-side logic)
  • Client Scripts (form-level validations)
  • UI Policies (field behaviour like mandatory, read-only, visibility)
• Ensure correct execution across lifecycle: Form load, field change, and record submission
• Work with developers to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
• Support testing (UAT) and resolve defects
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, reviews)
• Implementation of ITAM (HAM/SAM/SAM pro)

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM and ITAM modules
• Good understanding of:
  • Business Rules
  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • Form lifecycle in ServiceNow
  • ITAM (HAM/SAM)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Must have experience supporting Federal clients

Preferred

• ServiceNow CSA or SPM certification
• Experience with Flow Designer / Workflows
• Knowledge of Agile / SAFe
