Role Description

The ServiceNow Procurement Operations / Source-to-Pay Consultant will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize procurement and supplier management processes on the ServiceNow platform. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to procurement, finance, supply chain, vendor management, and technology stakeholders, helping organizations automate and streamline the end-to-end procurement lifecycle.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of procurement business processes, supplier lifecycle management, workflow automation, and ServiceNow platform capabilities. Experience integrating ServiceNow with leading procurement solutions such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, or Workday is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with procurement, finance, supply chain, sourcing, vendor management, and technology stakeholders.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and implement ServiceNow Procurement Operations and Source-to-Pay capabilities.
• Configure and optimize procurement workflows, supplier onboarding processes, approval chains, procurement request management, and procurement case management.
• Develop solutions supporting:
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Supplier Lifecycle Management
  • Supplier Onboarding
  • Procurement Request Management
  • Invoice Exception Management
  • Requisition Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Spend Management
  • Procurement Service Delivery
• Collaborate with technical architects and developers to deliver scalable workflow solutions.
• Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise procurement platforms including Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems.
• Advise clients on process improvements, governance models, operational efficiency, and procurement transformation initiatives.
• Support testing, training, change management, and production deployment activities.
• Participate in solution demonstrations, pre-sales activities, and strategic client engagements.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow Procurement Operations, Finance Operations, Supply Chain Operations, or related ServiceNow workflows.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supplier management business processes.
• Experience gathering requirements and facilitating client workshops.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalog items, Flow Designer, and Workspace experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or middleware technologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within cross-functional project teams.
