Role Description

Bloomforce is hiring a ServiceNow Healthcare Consultant for a remote contract role supporting workflow, ITSM, and enterprise service delivery work.

• Support ServiceNow configuration, workflow design, testing, and optimization
• Partner with IT, operations, and service management teams to document requirements
• Improve intake, ticketing, automation, reporting, and service delivery processes
• Support implementation and stabilization activities

Qualifications

• ServiceNow consulting, administration, or implementation experience
• Healthcare or provider environment experience preferred
• Experience with ITSM, workflow automation, portals, reporting, or integrations
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder communication skills
