Role Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to join us on a freelance basis. This is a remote role, based in Israel. The position offers flexibility in scope and workload.

• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (primarily ITSM / ITOM).
• Support integration efforts and ensure system performance and reliability.
• Provide best practices and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow.
• Certification in one or more of the following:
• CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management)
• CIS-ITOM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Operations Management)
• Strong understanding of IT service management and/or IT operations processes.
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment – advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Based in Israel – required.
