This role sits at the intersection of engineering expertise and customer performance. You will support high precision machining environments across the UK and Ireland, helping manufacturers get the absolute best performance from advanced tooling and machine technologies. What You Will Be Doing

• Responsible for the full premium product portfolio, with a strong focus on machine installations, customer training, and pre-sales and after-sales support
• Handle technical sales enquiries
• Provide technical customer support both remotely and on site
• Carry out machine installations at customer premises
• Support the sales team with technical expertise

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar technical background preferred
• Strong understanding of machine tools and cutting tool applications
• Experience with machine installations, training, or application support
• Confidence working directly with customers in manufacturing environments
• Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable travelling throughout the North UK and Ireland
