Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster with both California and Colorado jurisdiction experience to join a team. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date. Qualifications

• SIP certification required or in the process of obtaining within six months
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential

Requirements

• Manage a caseload of 120-130 claims, which may include indemnity, medical-only and future medical cases
• Handle claims with a focus on public entity experience, including 4850 claims
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure claims are processed efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all claims
• Collaborate with management to address challenging client situations
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve claims effectively

Benefits
