Role Description

The Fleetway Inc. Translation Team is passionate about bridging language barriers in the world of maritime and naval operations. We are seeking a forward-thinking and skilled English into French Senior Technical Translator to join our team, as we are getting ready to contribute to the delivery of the next generation of Canadian Destroyers as part of Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy.

• Provide high-quality, professional translation and complimentary language services to the defence industry.
• Support communication efforts for the state-of-the-art fleet.
• Contribute to the success of our critical mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical translation from English to French.
• Strong understanding of maritime and naval operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
• Must have Canadian Government Security Clearance.
