[Hiring] Senior Technical Resource - SailPoint Identity IQ Operations @Inficare Technologies

Role Description

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Resource to support day-to-day operations of the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) platform. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ, strong IAM fundamentals, and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex operational issues in a production environment.

• Provide daily operational support, monitoring health, performance, and stability of the SailPoint IIQ environment
• Manage and resolve incidents, production issues, and service requests including access requests, provisioning, and certification campaigns
• Perform detailed debugging, log analysis, and root cause analysis for application errors, failed tasks, and integration issues
• Deliver L2/L3 support for escalated incidents and complex service requests
• Document runbooks, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides
• Partner with IAM engineering, application owners, infrastructure, and service desk teams
• Support audit and compliance-related operational requests

Qualifications

• SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) - configuration, administration, and production support
• Beanshell / Java, XML, SQL
• Web Services / APIs
• LDAP / Active Directory integrations
• IAM concepts: joiner/mover/leaver, RBAC, provisioning, access certifications, policy management
• Log analysis and root cause analysis

Requirements

• SailPoint IdentityIQ certification(s)
• ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Audit, compliance, and access governance experience
• Application onboarding and connector troubleshooting
• Exposure to DevOps and automated deployment practices
