[Hiring] Senior Specialist SDR Enablement @Elastic

Role Description

This role will architect the learning journey for our International (EMEA & APJ) Sales Development organization. Your mission is simple but critical: shorten ramp time for new hires and enhance the skills of existing SDRs. You will expand on established programs that have transformed performance levels for the SDR organization & take them to the next level. Standardize the SDR Enablement Rhythm and drive readiness through high-impact onboarding, "ever-boarding," programs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that takes new SDRs from "Day 1" to "First Meeting Booked" with speed and confidence.
• Facilitate interactive workshops and create engaging training materials and resources.
• Develop targeted training that focuses on pipeline generation skills with a heavy focus on territory planning, prospecting, messaging, and tool adoption.
• Facilitate ongoing learning sessions to keep SDRs updated on industry best practices and ensure their continuous growth.
• Analyze performance metrics to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
• Evaluate training programs' effectiveness using performance data.
• Offer insights and recommendations to boost SDR productivity.
• Establish clear certification criteria and standards for SDRs and resources to assist SDRs in preparing for their certifications effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership to ensure training programs align with sales goals.
• Facilitate joint sessions to identify skill gaps and address training needs effectively.
• Organize all SDR assets & learning to ensure they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
• Competency-Based Training: Transform SDR skills through continuous "ever-boarding" and formal certifications that ensure proficiency in pipeline generation skills, messaging, and MEDDPICC qualification.
• Gather continuous feedback to improve enablement strategies.
• Regularly evaluate and refine the onboarding and ever-boarding programs.
• Measure training content consumption and sentiment.
• Maintain reporting on enablement effectiveness and impact on SDR ramp and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with sales development or related roles.
• A successful track record in prospecting or full-cycle sales.
• Understanding of the grit and strategy required to build a pipeline from scratch using the modern sales stack including AI-driven sales tools, Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Sumble, Seismic, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• A passion for mentoring and developing others, with a talent for identifying skill gaps and deploying the right remediation to close them.
• Ability to train via storytelling and use excellent interactive, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and data.
• Proven track record of shortening onboarding ramp time and enhancing sales skills for SaaS sales teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Ability to operate multiple global programs contiguously while keeping leadership informed of status, progress, & impact.

Compensation

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. The typical starting salary range for this role is: €61.600 — €97.500 EUR.
