[Hiring] Senior Solutions Consultant @Granicus

Role Description

Working on the Solution Consultant team at Granicus offers the opportunity to leverage human-centered practices and a systems-thinking approach to transform how people experience public services. We apply user empathy, data, and insights to nurture the connection between people and government. Our Solution Consultants serve as both technical and consultative strategy leads, analyzing the current state customer experience, then mapping an idealized journey to meet our customers’ goals and inspire new approaches.

• Lead discovery and technical demonstration activities to understand customers’ needs and overall goals.
• Conduct individual interviews, facilitate discovery workshops, and review content or data to glean insights.
• Develop actionable plans for enhanced digital experiences.
• Produce artifacts to aid the development of strategies that meet real human needs, including personas, journey maps, and messaging frameworks.
• Provide agencies with guidance in various spheres of business, including engagement strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities.
• Participate in processes and mentor others to improve their skills.
• Utilize excellent communication skills and deep experience to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Create combined solutions of services and technology to facilitate critical business objectives for Granicus customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working with product and sales teams to interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions with the end-goal of sales in mind.
• Ability to meet with agencies and help them reimagine the connection between people and government.
• Experience developing and delivering effective Pitch, Solution, and Technical demonstrations of Granicus solutions.
• Skills in building and maintaining a library of solutions, customer examples, supporting collateral, and POCs.
• Experience in guiding technical scoping conversations with the agency and Granicus implementation teams.
• Ability to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
• Experience maintaining a library of technical capabilities used in RFPs.
• Ability to respond to formal customer technical needs, such as Security Questionnaires.
• Experience assisting with sales and team learning paths through content, coaching, and training projects.
• Willingness to learn the full suite of the Granicus platform through constant training and internal product discussions.
• Experience assisting with lead generation and marketing efforts through webinar and conference support.
