Role Description
This role at Coupa will specialize in Procure-to-Invoice (P2I) product deployments, guiding global enterprises in designing and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes. The role involves defining procurement strategies, leading functional design aspects, and ensuring successful, on-time implementations while maximizing Suite Synergy opportunities. As a trusted advisor, you will mentor solution architects, provide industry best practices, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. Additionally, you will contribute to improving implementation frameworks and best practices.
- Enable customers in designing, configuring, and adopting best-in-class purchasing and invoicing processes.
- Guide some of the largest companies in defining their Procurement activities.
- Help customers focus on their goals and drive the implementation solution architecture towards a successful, on-time implementation.
- Oversee all functional design aspects of implementation by managing and mentoring workstream solution architects from both Coupa and partner teams.
- Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Provide subject matter expertise and industry best practices to colleagues, partners, and customers.
- Create and/or improve implementation templates, best practices, training, and presentations.
- Manage customers where up to 25% of your time may include travel.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ consulting experience in Procure-to-Invoice, either as part of a procurement organization or a consulting firm or software provider (SAP Ariba, Basware, Ivalua, GEP).
- Extremely strong client management skills.
- Experience with Inventory Management, Expenses Management, and/or Spend Analytics is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record in prototyping, demonstrating, designing, configuring, and delivering procurement systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-starter and quick learner, able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized with the ability/experience to manage multiple simultaneous Enterprise projects.
- May require some flexibility in working hours due to Americas’ time zones.
