[Hiring] Senior Salesforce Consultant @Peak & Peak GmbH

Role Description

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you turn business challenges into effective digital solutions. You work closely with clients to understand their needs, optimize business processes, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions — from discovery and solution design to implementation and adoption.

You'll collaborate with architects, developers, and project leads in an international team, take ownership of your workstreams, and support the development of less experienced colleagues.

• Understand & Advise: Lead client discussions and workshops to understand business needs, challenge existing processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design Solutions: Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Delivery: Coordinate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions are feasible, high-quality, and aligned with client expectations.
• Own Your Workstreams: Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across the project lifecycle, working within an agile delivery environment.
• Ensure Quality & Adoption: Support solution validation, user acceptance testing, and the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop Others: Share knowledge, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to our consulting practice and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, CRM implementation, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and how to translate business needs into effective solutions, ideally with Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong process knowledge and the ability to assess solution feasibility, integrations, data flows, and potential risks.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and explain complex topics clearly.
• A structured, analytical, and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive topics through to completion.
• Experience collaborating across business and technical teams, sharing knowledge, and supporting the growth of colleagues.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic project environment.
• Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• Consumer Goods industry experience.
• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud (Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, etc) or other Salesforce clouds.
• German or other European languages are a plus.
