Role Description

We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual contributor capable of developing and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline our operations and enhance service delivery.

• Design, develop, and implement RPA systems using the Blue Prism tool.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend RPA strategy.
• Create and maintain solution documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of automated workflows to ensure they function as intended.
• Troubleshoot and provide continuous enhancements and support to existing RPA implementations to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and technologies and assess their application within the banking domain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry.
• Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to handle the full life cycle of an automation project, including requirement gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Blue Prism professional developer certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in integrating RPA tools with other software like ERP systems, AI, or ML technologies.
• Knowledge of other RPA tools and digital transformation technologies.
