[Hiring] Senior Risk Management Analyst @Wiz, Inc.

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Risk Management Analyst that is US East Coast-based to join us in spreading the power of Wiz. In this role, you will be a part of the Internal Audit & Risk Management (IARM) team, reporting to the Technical Internal Audit Manager and a member of the greater Security Trust team. You will be a fundamental part of executing the risk management function, conducting risk assessments to identify areas of greater concern, maintaining risk treatment plans, and supporting the maturation of the function.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct Risk Triages and Assessments for concern areas submitted to the IARM team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Product, Customer Success, etc) to proactively identify risks present to Wiz
• Develop Risk Treatment Plans for risks documented on the Risk Register
• Use risk governance concepts to help drive strategic objectives in partner organizations
• Monitor key risk indicators to track risk exposure and effectiveness of control treatments
• Work closely with the Risk Management Lead to achieve business objectives of the Risk Management program, in addition to identifying areas of growth for the program
• Work closely with the Internal Audit function to help shape the IA roadmap prioritization based on risk program findings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience operating in a technical risk management role or in-depth involvement with a risk management function
• In-depth knowledge of risk management practices
• An understanding of the technologies present in AWS, GCP, or Azure that create cloud environments
• Confidence in collaborating with personnel of all levels and geolocations at Wiz (Europe, Asia, etc)
• Experience in one or more of the other GRC domains is a plus, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, security, or related field is a plus, but not required
• Experience with FedRAMP is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. This role may also include incentive compensation. The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.

US Base Pay Range: $131,000 — $180,000 USD
