Role Description

We are seeking a high-caliber, self-driven professional to serve as a right-hand to the executive team. This role sits at the intersection of Asset Management and Transaction Coordination. You will be responsible for assisting with tasks that follow the full life cycle of our real estate assets, including:

• Assisting in commercial due diligence and NNN reconciliations
• Managing high-profile short-term rental listings
• Executive scheduling

The ideal candidate doesn't just execute tasks but understands the reasoning behind them, ensuring that every bid sourced, document signed, and video edited aligns with our broader investment goals.

Qualifications

• Strong drive to learn with a genuine interest in the investment side of real estate
• High level of accountability, ownership, and analytical thinking
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial concepts
• Strong reasoning skills and the ability to understand broader business impacts
• Ability to leverage AI tools thoughtfully while meticulously validating outputs

Requirements

• Minimum three years of real estate experience required (investment side preferred)
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in business, math, or a technical field
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint
• Dedicated home office, Windows 11 Pro, webcam, and high-speed internet with backup
• Exceptional English skills; Spanish is a plus
• AppFolio experience is strongly preferred
