Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team immediately! If you have a strong background in kitchen cabinetry, interior fit-out projects, and expertise in PlanSwift and Bluebeam, we want to hear from you!

Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs for kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure accurate cost projections.
Utilize PlanSwift and Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and project assessments.
Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors for cost control and procurement.
Monitor project costs, variations, and financial progress to ensure budget compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in kitchen cabinetry and interior fit-out projects.
Proficiency in PlanSwift and Bluebeam is a must.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, cost estimation, and contract administration.
Experience in international projects is a plus.
Tech-savvy with strong computer skills, as this is a work-from-home role.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Available to join immediately.
