[Hiring] Senior Principal Consultant - Agentic Operations @Argano

Role Description

Argano is seeking an experienced consulting leader to lead a multi-disciplinary team that identifies & implements transformation opportunities for optimization in middle/back-office operations. The role bridges business strategy, operations, technology architecture, agentic AI, and change management to help transform how organizations operate and deliver value. This Senior Principal Consultant will partner with business leaders, consulting teams, and technology stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities, develop business cases, design scalable solutions, and drive successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Opportunities:
  • Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and develop business cases for high-impact operational efficiency opportunities.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of transformation initiatives aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Design & Deliver Solutions:
  • Translate business challenges into scalable AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows.
  • Lead pilots and implementations, partnering with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Drive Adoption & Transformation:
  • Support design and implementation of change management, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
  • Support establishment of governance, measure value realization, and shape future service offerings.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in management/operations consulting, technology consulting, agentic transformation, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex business or technology transformation initiatives.
• Strong business case development, modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Team player driven by business value creation who engages across organizational design, technical architecture, and agentic AI implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, automation, or enterprise technology implementations.
• Familiarity with generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.
• Experience evaluating and implementing SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.
