We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Consultant to spearhead global implementation projects within our Oracle Financials Consulting Team in North America. In this role, you will specialize in Oracle Cloud Financials, offering crucial guidance on business processes and design to our diverse global clientele.

We are looking for someone with meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication abilities to ensure the delivery of top-notch solutions and foster strong client relationships. Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, Assets, Financial Reporting).
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Strong consulting background, preferably in a senior consultant role.
• Deep understanding of financial business processes and industry-specific requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Financials applications across at least 5 end-to-end projects.
• Strong understanding of financial business processes, accounting principles, and industry standards.
• Expertise in developing Chart of Accounts, Enterprise Structure, and Trading Community Architecture.
• Collaboration experience with HCM, SCM, and PPM leads for financial application integration.
• Client management skills, including working with C-level and mid-level contacts.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
• Oracle Cloud Financials certification(s) are a strong plus.
• Experience with Revenue Management, Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, or other peripheral applications is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the U.S. Public Sector is a nice to have.

• Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud Financials best practices.
• Lead implementation projects of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Develop as-is and to-be business process flows using Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to devise tailored solutions to business challenges.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive solution delivery.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including Requirements, FIT/GAP Analysis, Process Flows, etc.
