[Hiring] Senior Physician Liaison @Clarify Health

Role Description

Clarify is looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Physician Liaison who can flex between executing as a frontline liaison while also serving as a coach and trainer who builds capability within a customer’s own liaison team. This is a player/coach role. You’ll carry your own territory when the engagement calls for it, and you’ll develop others when the customer is building their own team. The common thread is driving sustained behavior change among providers through Clarify’s change management approach and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of healthcare experience with at least 3 years in a direct provider-facing role (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, practice transformation, or network management)
• Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, or training others in a professional setting; formal management experience is a plus but not required
• Proven ability to establish trust and credibility through partnership-oriented, non-transactional engagement with physicians and practice staff
• Proficiency in interpreting healthcare utilization data, cost trends, referral patterns, and quality metrics; comfortable working with analytics platforms and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to translate complex data into compelling, provider-specific narratives; comfortable presenting to both clinical and administrative audiences
• Experience developing training content, talk tracks, or engagement approaches for field teams
• Ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize activities, and drive results with minimal supervision
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), analytics platforms, and structured engagement tools
• Willingness to leverage AI-powered tools and insights to enhance engagement preparation, analysis, and strategy development

Requirements

• You’ve been in the field. You have deep experience working directly with physicians, practice administrators, and clinical staff (physician liaison, provider relations, pharma sales, or practice transformation)
• You understand that changing practice patterns requires more than sharing data; it requires diagnosing readiness, building trust, and meeting people where they are
• You’re a natural teacher. You’ve coached, mentored, or trained others and get energy from watching someone you’ve developed succeed independently
• You think in terms of “what motivates this person” and naturally tailor your approach to different audiences
• You can shift gears between “doing the work” and “teaching someone else to do the work” without losing effectiveness in either mode
• You have a passion for value-based care and for using technology-enabled insights to deliver higher-value, more efficient care
• You embrace change as an opportunity to learn and you believe diversity of thought improves outcomes
