[Hiring] Senior Performance Support Specialist @Unit4

Role Description

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda Pre and Post Go Live.
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations (Project) and existing implementations (BAU) of Unit4 Financials by Coda, including Technical and Application aspects.
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues.
• Develop proactive, continuous performance tuning and processes to maintain optimal performance levels.
• Comply with the Company's information security requirements and all Company business procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of the Unit4 Financials by Coda application.
• 5+ years in customer success, performance optimisation.
• Hands on use of AI productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
• AI enabled productivity improvement and a sharp instinct for spotting automation opportunities.
• Previous experience in a database-centric, web-enabled environment.
• Ability to perform database tuning working with SQL queries, indexes, statistics, database views.
• Understanding of database replication.
• Understanding of web services and extension kit flows.
• Experience of Java based application and Java containers (JBOSS, Wildfly).
• Experience implementing systems into SaaS Azure infrastructures.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and fundamental networking concepts and protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Logical thinker with an aptitude for problem-solving using a solid methodology.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Enthusiastic and flexible.
• Strong team player.

• Compensation: GBP 41,399 - GBP 49,258 yearly.
