[Hiring] Senior Partner Operations Analyst @Solink

Role Description

As a Senior Partner Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving operational excellence and insight across Solink’s partner ecosystem. You'll work cross-functionally to streamline processes, deliver data-driven recommendations, and support the scale of high-performing partner programs. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, turning data into action, and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze Partner Performance: Monitor and report on key partner KPIs (e.g., ARR, activation, retention) to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.
• Optimize Partner Operations: Improve workflows for onboarding, enablement, and support to boost consistency, scalability, and partner satisfaction. Streamline process development in collaboration with Finance and Deployment operations to ensure optimized partner installation and billing.
• Enhance Systems & Tools: Own the administration and optimization of CRM (Salesforce), PRM (MindMatrix), and BI tools to ensure actionable insights and clean data.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align partner strategies with sales, product, finance, and marketing to support go-to-market success.
• Lead Feedback Loops: Capture and relay partner feedback to internal teams to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experienced Operator: 5+ years of experience in a partner operations, business operations, or similar analytical role within a SaaS organization.
• Data-Driven Decision Maker: Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and experienced with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• CRM & Tech Stack Fluent: Experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and familiarity with automation and partner lifecycle platforms like MindMatrix or PartnerStack.
• Process Architect: Ability to build and improve repeatable, scalable processes with clear documentation.
• Automation Builder: Advanced user of Google Apps Script with experience building automations that connect Google Workspace tools.
• AI-Fluent Operator: Proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for analysis and task automation.
• Clear Communicator: Ability to translate data into a narrative and deliver insights effectively.
