[Hiring] Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant @Georgia IT

Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant with 10+ years of implementation experience across Oracle Cloud Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience designing, configuring, and deploying Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, with specific hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle's Redwood User Experience (UX) pages and features across Financials and SCM modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Oracle Cloud Order Management & Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Lead end-to-end implementation life cycles (requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and support) for Oracle Cloud Order Management and Pricing modules.
  • Design and configure core Order Management setups, including Order Types, Orchestration Process Definitions, Fulfillment Sequences, Pricing Strategies, and GOP (Global Order Promising).
  • Configure complex sales order flows, back-to-back orders, drop shipments, internal transfers, and order holds/approvals.
• Oracle Cloud AR & Cash Management
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivable (AR), including Transaction Types, AutoInvoice setup, Lockbox processing, Revenue Recognition rules, and Customer Billing/Invoicing.
  • Design and configure Oracle Cloud Cash Management, including Automatic Bank Reconciliation, Bank Statement Parsing/Mapping (BAI2, MT940, SWIFT), Cash Positioning, and Cash Forecasting.
  • Drive the end-to-end integration and data flow between Order Management, AR, Cash Management, and General Ledger (GL).
• Redwood User Experience (UX) Implementation
  • Implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Redwood Experience pages across Order Management, AR, and Cash Management.
  • Leverage Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for Redwood page personalizations, layout adjustments, and business rule configurations.
  • Guide stakeholders on transitioning business processes from classic Fusion UI to Redwood user interface patterns and workflows.
• Functional Leadership & Delivery
  • Conduct business process discovery sessions, solution walkthroughs, and executive workshops.
  • Draft detailed functional design documents (FDD), functional specifications (RICEFW), business requirements mapping (BR100/BR30/DS050), and user training guides.
  • Perform system testing, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support data migration/conversion efforts (FBDI), and drive cutover activities.
  • Provide post-go-live hypercare support and continuous process optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with a proven track record of multiple full-lifecycle implementations in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash Management.
• Core Expertise:
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Order Management & Pricing (Order Orchestration, GOP, Pricing Rules, Fulfillment Execution).
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud AR (Invoicing, Collections, Customer Master, Receipts, Lockbox) and Cash Management (Bank Reconciliation, Cash Positioning, Statement Parsing).
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Redwood UX features, personalizations, and navigation flows.
• Integration Experience: Hands-on experience architecting and troubleshooting functional integrations between Order Management/AR and 3rd-party platforms (CRM, payment gateways, banking channels) via OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
• Business Processes: Strong grasp of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Cash Application lifecycles.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical and functional solutions to business stakeholders.
