Role Description

This role involves acting as an examiner for a class leading Lloyds account, providing prompt, fair, quality claims service to clients.

• Manage Municipal Claims consisting of professional liability, Bodily Injury, E&O claims, and coverage review of complex liability claims
• Responsible for detailed thorough coverage analysis of the Policy response to allegations presented
• Handle claims desk top and settle claims directly with claimants or their representatives
• Administer claims payments/settlements through trust accounts
• Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure client's needs are met

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of casualty claims experience including professional lines
• Ontario Licensing: CIP Designation
• College diploma or combination of education and equivalent business experience
• Professional liability experience, including complex coverage analysis
• Experience dealing with Lloyds is a clear advantage
