[Hiring] Senior Microgrid Development Engineer @Honeywell

Role Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Microgrid Design Engineer (remote position) to support HESG project development throughout our North America region. In this capacity you will engage primarily in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects to provide sales support and engineering support to the team.

• Use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions.
• Provide both external and internal consultations.
• Help Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support, and training.
• Foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs.
• Participate in pursuit strategy planning and customer negotiations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in microgrid design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of energy efficiency solutions.
• Ability to influence and consult with customers effectively.
• Experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) projects.

Requirements

• Proven track record in engineering support and sales support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
