[Hiring] Senior Media Operations Manager @Advantage HQ

Role Description

The Senior Media Operations Manager will be responsible for solving operational problems at a broader organizational level. You will lead multiple media teams and managers while building the systems, standards, and processes that allow Advantage HQ's Media Buying organization to scale.

• Scale the Media Operations system: Identify constraints preventing the media organization from operating efficiently and build systems to address those constraints, including processes for account management, campaign execution, quality control, reporting, escalation, training, and performance management.
• Lead multiple teams and managers: Manage multiple teams through their respective leaders and establish clear expectations for performance, quality, and leadership. Develop Managers and Team Leads rather than becoming the escalation point for every operational issue.
• Build performance and quality frameworks: Define metrics and operating mechanisms to understand team performance. Identify trends across accounts and teams and turn insights into organizational improvements.
• Own capacity planning: Work with leadership to understand client growth, team capacity, hiring requirements, and resource allocation. Anticipate capacity constraints rather than reacting after teams become overloaded.
• Drive continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to use technology, AI, automation, and better processes to improve productivity and reduce unnecessary operational work. Establish a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field
• Extensive e-commerce experience
• 3+ years managing media teams, managers, or multiple team leads
• Experience building scalable operating systems and processes
• Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Strong understanding of media performance and client delivery
• Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology is valuable
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment
