[Hiring] Senior Manager, Organization Enablement & Communication @Kobie Marketing

Role Description

The Sr. Manager, Org Enablement & Communication is a strategic leader reporting to the AVP, Marketing. This role is the architect of organizational change and cultural adoption across Kobie. You will identify and shepherd major organizational initiatives, from strategic pivots and new capabilities to global expansion, ensuring they're embedded into how we work, communicated with clarity, and realized with intention.

• Work closely with ELT and cross-functional leaders to move beyond communications to true change enablement.
• Help teams adopt new ways of working and embed new capabilities into our culture.
• Assess current structures, identify gaps and opportunities, and establish the enablement and communications infrastructure for intentional growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
• Experience working cross-functionally with ELT and function leaders on strategic initiatives.
• Strong writing and communication skills; ability to craft messaging for multiple audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
