Role Description

This role involves leading the Offer Cockpit and Dashboard department, focusing on the transformation towards Nevio Cockpit modules strategy.

Empower airlines to design, execute, and optimize their business processes.
Ensure improved usability, unified user experience across products, and customer satisfaction.
Follow metrics such as Usability Score, User adoption, efficiency gain, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Offer Transformation & Transversal PM team and UX Center Of Excellence.

Qualifications

More than 10 years working experience in IT.
More than 5 years working in the travel industry.
More than 5 years in a management or senior management position.
User Interface IT background would be highly appreciated.
SAFe/agile experience would be a plus.
Remote site management experience would be a plus.

Requirements

Strong leadership and influence capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, data-driven, and strategic mindset.
Strong technical background, with an understanding of cloud infrastructure.
Business and strategic acumen.
