Role Description
We’re looking for a Staff Business Systems Analyst, CRM to join our IT Go-To-Market (GTM) Technology team. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on advancing the systems that power our B2B Commercial teams — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
In this role, you’ll lead the discovery, design, and delivery of solutions that optimize our go-to-market systems, with a primary focus on CRM. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve user experience, and ensure our technology stack supports scalable growth.
This is a key role in shaping how we connect our business strategy to systems execution. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of go-to-market processes and experience designing solutions in CRM systems. - Act as a strategic thought partner to Revenue Operations, translating business needs into clear, scalable solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CRM, as well as the broader GTM systems landscape.
- Lead complex CRM initiatives with minimal oversight, from problem framing to rollout, aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive business documentation, including use cases, data flows, and process diagrams.
- Support change management efforts with cross functional partners for successful adoption of technologies and capabilities by end users.
This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in PST.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience managing CRM platforms in an IT or Business Systems environment, ideally supporting B2B revenue teams.
- Deep understanding of GTM processes, including lead management, sales pipeline, renewals, quoting, and quote-to-cash workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system challenges.
- Hands-on experience with Hubspot CRM is required.
Requirements
- Experience in regulated industries such as wearables, medical devices, or consumer electronics (nice to have).
- Familiarity with automation or integration platforms such as Workato (nice to have).

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Region 1: $149,000 - $186,000
- Region 2: $138,000 - $172,000
- Region 3: $128,000 - $160,000
