[Hiring] Senior Jira Administrator/Atlassian Specialist @Intetics

Role Description

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Jira Administrator/Atlassian Specialist to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

• Configure, operate, maintain, and continuously improve Jira-based solutions
• Expand and maintain Jira automation
• Create scripts using tools such as ScriptRunner
• Configure and administer Jira projects, workflows, permission schemes, screens, roles, and user groups
• Create and manage dashboards, reports, filters, metrics, and KPIs
• Participate in Atlassian architecture and solution design
• Configure and support Jira and Confluence solutions
• Support rollout activities and system adoption
• Analyze and resolve complex technical and process-related issues
• Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes
• Support system maintenance, updates, migrations, and production troubleshooting
• Ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing Jira operations

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Jira Administration, ideally with Jira Data Center
• Experience with Jira Cloud
• Solid knowledge of project configuration, workflows, permission schemes, screen setups, and authorization concepts
• Experience with user, role, and group management
• Strong understanding of workflow and business process optimization
• Experience with Jira automation and scalable process design
• Agile experience, including Scrum and/or Kanban
• Hands-on experience with Jira plugins such as ScriptRunner, SecureFields, IssueMatrix, Rich Filters, Better Excel Exporter, Apwide File Field, and X-ray
• Experience integrating Jira with Confluence and other Atlassian tools
• Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
• Ability to create and customize dashboards, reports, filters, metrics, and KPIs
• Experience with system updates, data migrations, and troubleshooting in production environments
• Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Understanding of retail processes, especially In-&-Out promotion planning, is a plus
• English language at B2 level

Requirements

• Nice to Have: German language skills at B2 level
• Experience with both Jira Data Center and Jira Cloud
• Experience in retail or promotion planning environments
• Experience participating in Atlassian architecture design
