[Hiring] Senior Inventory Control Analyst @Ro

Role Description

As a Senior Inventory Control Analyst, you will oversee all aspects of inventory management across multiple locations within our ERP system. You will have a detailed understanding of the different types of inventory movements and their impacts across the network.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and improve existing inventory control processes, developing new procedures as needed.
• Support the Supply Chain team by providing essential inventory-on-hand reports for processes such as Demand and Supply Planning.
• Oversee daily Sales Order processing to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage ERP system maintenance and network-wide inventory exceptions, including negative on-hand balances, past-due goods receipts, and shipping audits.
• Provide training and tools to cross-functional teams to enhance inventory control practices.
• Assist the pharmacy network with daily inventory challenges and ad hoc requests.
• Develop actionable reporting based on inventory exceptions to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the pharmacy cycle count process and generate reports on shrink, accuracy, and variance to identify areas for optimization.
• Conduct regular stockroom audits to maintain system accuracy.
• Support end-of-month reporting requirements for the Accounting team.
• Participate in annual physical inventories at pharmacy and warehouse locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain or operations.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (intermediate level).
• Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via email, chat, phone, and in person.

Requirements

• Experience collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams (bonus).
• Hands-on experience with physical inventory management (bonus).
• Background in a pharmacy-related environment (bonus).
