Role Description

The INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will be responsible for all integrations related functions, including but not limited to:

• Participating in projects and support.
• Working with 3rd party vendors and reporting.
• Acting as a second-tier position for questions, requests, and projects related to Integrations Team functions.

Reporting Structure:

• The INFINITT Senior Interface Analyst will report to: Interface Team Manager.

Principal Functions:

• Building and Implementing Interfacing Solutions as well as maintaining integration solutions.
• Providing varying degrees of support (phone, in person, on-site, or as required) related to interface.
• Providing technical service and troubleshooting thoroughly.
• Reporting and/or documenting escalations as needed.
• Identifying technical issues and providing resolutions to customers.
• Documentation: System Design, Software and Implementation documentation – Technical and non-Technical.
• Testing processes and information gathering with the goal of improving test processes and quality and efficiency of product.
• Projects and Professional Services including but not limited to:
  • Interface Migrations
  • Upgrades
  • Go-Live Support
  • IPC
  • Database Exports
  • HL7 Interfaces and Customizations
• Any duties that may be relevant and industry acceptable for the Senior Interface Analyst role such as:
  • After-hours Support and Off Hour projects may be asked and/or required to meet deadlines.
  • Developing training materials and procedures, and/or training users in the proper use of hardware and software.
  • Traveling onsite to diagnose or build Interface or Professional Service-related solutions as needed.
  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for professional services activities and providing sound advice or support to other team members.
  • Providing Senior Level guidance, advice, and training as needed for other Interface Analysts on the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Healthcare Life Science, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years’ experience working in a medical, pharmaceutical, or imaging environment including quality and/or auditing duties.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and conflicting priorities.
• Solid problem solving and analytical skills; ability to quickly understand any issue/problem encountered and recommend an appropriate solution.

Requirements

• Excellent coding/programming knowledge.
• Proficient in SQL querying and updates.
• Working knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards.
• Enterprise IT background.
• Understanding of PAC/RIS workflow.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent organization skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure or in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task (as needed), and understanding of sense of urgency.
