[Hiring] Senior Game Designer @Pingle Studio

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Game Designer with a passion for the Shooter genre. The core expertise we expect is strong documentation skills, experience with Unreal Engine 5, prototyping and gameplay adjustments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Game Design with AA+/Double-I projects
• 1+ years of experience in Unreal Engine 5
• Passionate about Third Person Shooters and Multiplayer
• Experience with multiplatform projects, strong console experience
• Experience in writing design documentation and a deep understanding of design principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Ukrainian and English)
• Able to communicate knowledge and ideas (flowcharts, feature specs, data reports, etc.) to team members

Requirements

• Creating design documentation (from pitches to design briefs and balance sheets) to adapt
• Working with Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints): prototyping, configuring mechanics and parameters
• Developing game logic
• Balancing and fine-tuning game mechanics
