  • Coordinate with appropriate internal teams to resolve complex issues, maximize customer uptime, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead the development of technical content and resources by defining, organizing, and authoring training materials, protocols, application notes, and other technical resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions, Product Management, Marketing, Research & Development, and other teams.
  • Facilitate periodic team mentoring activities under manager guidance to support technical knowledge sharing and elevate customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline preferred.
  • 2–3+ years of Field Applications Scientist customer-facing industry experience.
