Role Description

The best support isn't felt in what gets done. It's felt in what never becomes a problem.

As a senior or strategic EA in the Pickle network, you won't be handed a task list. You'll be trusted to understand the business, anticipate what's needed and make things happen before you're asked. You'll hold complexity calmly, protect your principal's time and quietly make sure nothing falls through the cracks while they focus on what only they can do.

Qualifications

• Operated at a senior level supporting C-suite, founders or board-level principals.
• Minimum of five years experience in fast-moving environments.
• Startup or scaleup experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Commercially aware and confident enough to push back when it matters.
• Comfortable managing yourself to a high standard without external prompting.
• Ability to distinguish between urgent and important tasks.
• Experience in preventing disasters and reorganizing chaos effectively.
