[Hiring] Senior Events Consultant @ADP

Role Description

In this role, you’ll plan, organize, and manage a wide range of in-person and virtual events including conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and meetings. You’ll collaborate closely across departments, especially with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, to deliver events that connect, engage, and inspire our customers and partners.

• Oversee every detail from concept to completion—venue selection, logistics, vendor management, branding, budget management, and on-site execution.
• Ensure events support pipeline goals, deepen customer relationships, and showcase our brand in innovative ways.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders—delivering exceptional service and tackling challenges with creativity and composure.
• Leverage event platforms, marketing automation tools, and project management systems to streamline operations and measure results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of corporate event management experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with event management software (Cvent, Splash, or similar) and project management tools (Salesforce, Asana, or Outreach).
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing third-party vendors.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support events throughout the year.
• Experience in military service is also recognized and valued.
