[Hiring] Senior Epic Cadence Application Analyst @Vanderbilt University Medical Center

Role Description

The Senior Epic Cadence Application Analyst will support VUMC's Scheduling and Referrals build in our Epic EHR instance. The position involves designing, building, testing, and implementing technical solutions. This role includes support for Patient Access teams and will assist in the design and build for visit types, scheduling rules, scheduling decision trees, online scheduling configuration, appointment request and referral authorization workqueues, and patient access security templates. This position will participate in a 24 x 7 on-call support rotation and will provide ongoing support to our clients.

(Note: This role can be done fully remote from most US locations)

Qualifications

• Epic Cadence certification - Required
• Bachelor's degree - Required
• Referral Management experience - Preferred
• Epic Fast Pass experience - Preferred

Requirements

• Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops Epic Cadence software to support clinical, administrative, financial and operational workflows.
• Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
• May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
• Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
• Assists with onboarding and training as needed.
