Role Description
The Senior Digital Learning Experience Designer / Data Center Enablement Lead will be a critical enabler and change influencer as Johnson Controls pursues its mission.
- Influence, design and develop learning experiences for the Data Center business.
- Identify underlying challenges to enable business growth via Data Center capability building programs for frontline sellers and technicians.
- Consult with business partners (product managers, product portfolio leaders, data center commercial leaders, etc.) to develop impactful learning experiences.
- Leverage consultative skills, strong learner-focused mindset, business acumen, and project management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Engineering, or equivalent technical/practical experience in the digital engineering field.
- 6+ years of designing and developing learning solutions preferred.
Requirements
- Ability to connect with learners while enabling change.
- Understanding of human-centered needs to allow individual growth through learning and personal development.
- Ability to quickly learn different platforms like Learning Experience Platform and various learning management systems.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience in the B2B SaaS solution space is a bonus.
