Role Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Senior Data Entry Clerk to join our remote operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with large volumes of information, and capable of maintaining accuracy while working independently. • Enter, update, and maintain business and customer information accurately.
• Review records for errors, duplicate entries, missing information, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain spreadsheets, databases, digital files, and internal records.
• Perform routine data quality checks and make necessary corrections.
• Prepare reports and organize information for operational and management use.
• Retrieve and organize records when requested by authorized team members.
• Assist with reviewing data completed by other team members when required.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company or customer information.
• Meet established accuracy, productivity, and deadline expectations.
• Report recurring data or system issues to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administration, records management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and web-based platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Previous remote work experience is an advantage.
• Experience reviewing or checking data for accuracy is a plus.
