[Hiring] Senior Consultant Transportation & Logistics @Eraneos

Role Description

At Eraneos, you will join a fast‑growing, international consulting environment where you can shape the future of transportation and logistics. Your work will focus on guiding clients through their most critical transformation challenges in transportation and logistics:

• Leading digital and operational programs across logistics, transport, and supply chain environments
• Designing and implementing integrated strategies that strengthen cross‑functional collaboration and operational performance
• Developing and executing change management approaches to enable cultural shifts, and adoption of new ways of working
• Shaping tailored transformation solutions aligned to client priorities and measurable impact
• Building and nurturing long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to expand our footprint in the Transportation and Logistics sector

Qualifications

• A strong passion for digitalization, logistics innovation, and transformation topics
• 3+ years of experience in consulting or relevant industry roles, with exposure to transportation, logistics, or supply chain
• A strategic mindset and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable transformation roadmaps
• An excellent academic background (Master, MBA, or PhD)
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Solid knowledge of consulting methods and tools and strong project management skills; ideally complemented by certifications
• A strong understanding of commercial and operational processes in logistics or adjacent industries
• Willingness to take ownership, innovate, and drive initiatives forward
• Fluency in German and English, additional languages are a bonus
• Willingness to travel
