Role Description

• Working directly with customers delivering software solutions for implementation projects with high customer satisfaction and successful customer adoption.
• Managing multiple projects and customers simultaneously in the construction vertical to successfully implement following our prescriptive implementation methodology resulting in in-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery, high customer satisfaction, and successful customer adoption.
• Executing all aspects of the implementation process including:
  • Collaborative consultation with the client
  • Requirements definition
  • Solution design
  • Configuration
  • Unit and integration testing
  • Training
  • Data cleansing
  • Data migration
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the Sage Intacct software including expertise implementing and using Sage Intacct advanced modules.
• Configuring and implementing the Sage Intacct software based on a thorough understanding of customer-specific business processes.
• Maintaining deep vertical knowledge of the construction industry, including micro-verticals such as General Contracts, Developers, Specialty Contractors, Home Services, etc.
• Following a prescriptive implementation approach utilizing templated implementation project plans.
• Utilizing and developing less experienced implementation resources providing on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
• Conducting training for customer end-users at all levels of the customer organization.
• Effectively documenting customer business requirements into configurable software solutions.
• Responding to customer technical support issues related to the system implementation.
• Understanding, designing and building industry-specific key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards.
• Working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Delivering prompt, concise, and friendly communications while providing high quality service and leadership.
• Contributing to and using knowledge repository of deployment best practices.
• Mentoring Associate Solution Architects and Solution Architects on processes, Sage Intacct modules and customer/project management.
• Serving as an escalation point for project issues.
• Learning and growing from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring.
• Utilizing your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and with your clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business or MIS.
• Three (3)+ years’ experience providing consulting and implementing Sage Intacct.
• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant / Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant strongly preferred.
• Vertical industry understanding gained either through operational or accounting involvement in the construction space.
• Consulting experience end-to-end through the entire software delivery life cycle.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, macros, etc.) preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Requirements

• The pay range for this position is $78,100 to $126,500.
• This range represents a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation the firm expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
• Actual compensation will depend on a variety of relevant factors.
