What You Will Work On

  • Contribute to the commercial development of Crisis24’s maritime offerings through strategic networking, client relationship management, and market insight
  • Seek and win maritime security and safety consultancy and MarTrack opportunities with existing and prospective Crisis24 clients and partners

  • Scope, price, manage, oversee and develop client proposals
  • Account management and client relationship management of all existing and new maritime clients
  • Develop and coordinate a strategic BD/sales and marketing plan in line with financial objectives
  • Monitor emerging global new market/business opportunities

Consulting Services Delivery

  • Lead and deliver bespoke maritime risk assessments, intelligence reports, and operational security advice for global clients
  • Conduct and present threat and vulnerability assessments across the maritime domain, including piracy, geopolitics, cyber threats, and critical subsea infrastructure risks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on maritime operations, contributing to internal training, SOP development, and the refinement of Crisis24’s maritime consultancy services
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders – including government bodies, port authorities, shipping companies, and insurers – to support clients’ operational resilience and compliance
  • Support live incident management, crisis response, and post-incident debriefing for maritime security events
  • Represent Crisis24 at industry conferences, working groups, and strategic forums, contributing to thought leadership on maritime risk
  • Mentor and support junior consultants and analysts within the Crisis24 maritime team
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary Crisis24 teams globally to integrate maritime insights into cross-domain security solutions

Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate with colleagues across the Crisis24 global network – including teams in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific – as well as with partners within the GardaWorld group. Cross-functional teamwork with our Special Risks, All Hazards, and Product Risk units will be a key part of your role.

You will work closely with:

  • The Director for Africa, Middle East & Asia-Pacific and other members of CSC specialising in maritime consulting services, ensuring alignment with broader Crisis24 operational priorities
  • Maritime consultants and intelligence specialists across Crisis24’s global network, ensuring the Manila centre’s outputs integrate seamlessly into client deliverables
  • Clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to intelligence briefings, incident updates, and operational support activities
