    • Own the community platform day-to-day and lead the transition or migration away from legacy tools.
    • Partner with Marketing to produce and distribute demand-aligned content.
    • Own the existing support model: triage unresolved cases and identify recurring themes.
  • Talent Readiness & Enablement
    • Own end-to-end delivery of the course/cohort calendar, logistics, communications, enrollment, and cohort operations.
    • Direct the cohort model day to day: set milestones and own enrollment and delivery logistics.
    • Own credentialing and signaling mechanics operationally.
    • Own logistics and administrative follow-through for learning partnerships.
    • Keep course content and positioning visibly aligned with active client demand.
  • Portal Engagement Oversight
    • Serve as the ongoing Community-side voice into Product.
    • Maintain day-to-day visibility into portal data quality and engagement gaps.
    • Offer operational and community insights to support the Product team.
  • Talent Intelligence
    • Serve as a front-line bridge between data and stakeholders.
    • Translate the data team's finished analysis into clear narratives and recommendations.
    • Distribute finished intelligence outputs and operational context to Client Experience and Business Development.
    • Monitor core engagement dashboards and flag notable shifts.
  • Cross-Functional Responsibilities
    • Surface supply gaps and engagement trends to key stakeholders.
    • Track and report progress against quarterly goals across the four pillars.
    • Continuously flag automation opportunities encountered in daily execution work.
    • Partner with Marketing to align communications strategy with talent segmentation.

  • Comfortable representing member/user needs to a Product team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High emotional intelligence and a track record of building trust and relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements

  • Practical experience leveraging agentic workflows or AI-driven community tools.
  • Experience directing or coordinating the work of a part-time or contract team member.

Benefits

  • Base salary $120,000-$125,000 annually plus company bonus.
  • A yearly stipend for professional and personal development.
  • 25 PTO days + 4 Volunteer PTO days per year.
