Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior CMS Manager with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead end-to-end digital content operations across enterprise websites and digital platforms. This role combines hands-on AEM authoring experience with operational leadership, governance, publishing management, stakeholder coordination, and team mentorship.

Review content work and provide constructive feedback and process guidance.

Stakeholder Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact between marketing, product, design, development, QA, and content teams.

Translate business requirements into scalable content authoring and publishing plans.

Facilitate communication and alignment across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

SEO & Accessibility Oversight

Ensure all published content follows SEO best practices, including:

Metadata optimization

URL structures
-
Structured data

Internal linking
-
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards across all digital content.

Performance & Analytics
-
Monitor content performance using tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.

Analyze engagement and content effectiveness metrics.

Recommend content improvements based on analytics insights and user behavior.

Issue Resolution & Support
-
Troubleshoot authoring, rendering, workflow, and replication issues in AEM.
-
Coordinate with development teams to resolve component or template defects.

Track and manage issues through JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.

Continuous Improvement
-
Identify opportunities to improve authoring efficiency, governance, and publishing workflows.
-
Drive process optimization and operational scalability.

Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud updates, AEM enhancements, and digital content best practices.
Qualifications
-
6+ years of experience in web content management and digital publishing.
-
4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets.
-
2+ years in a senior, lead, or managerial role overseeing content operations or content teams.
-
Proven experience managing enterprise content across multi-site, multi-market, and multilingual environments.
-
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
