[Hiring] Senior Business Systems Analyst @Seattle Children's

Role Description

Epic Cadence Certification Required. 100% Remote in Washington State only. Must reside in WA.

• Responsible for optimizing performance through technology and maximizing Capacity Management goals.
• Analyze trends and volumes or issues, patterns, as well as developing models, forecasts and recommendations to anticipate future demand.
• Assist with the design and implementation of Epic decision trees and provider templates.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, end users and project team members to identify and resolve issues regarding all phases of assigned projects including assessment, design build, testing, training and implementation.
• Provide reports, assessments and information to Capacity Management Leadership to aid in the optimal functioning of the team.
• As required, provide leadership on project tasks and mentor other project analysts as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing support of Capacity Management systems as needed in support of production operations to ensure functionality and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years total experience in an Information Services or healthcare analysis environment; three (3) of the five (5) years must be in a healthcare analysis environment.
• Proven experience and knowledge of project management skills, tools and methodologies.
• Proven experience leading committees, projects and activities.
• Proven ability to fully use and apply standard principles, theories and concepts related to technical discipline.
• Experience with clinical, hospital and/or financial applications and/or systems.

Compensation Range

• $107,431.00 - $161,147.00 per year
• This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
• Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
• This compensation range is specific to Seattle; positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently depending on various factors.
