[Hiring] Senior Business Continuity Program Manager @The Maxis Group

Role Description

The Sr. Business Continuity Program Manager will be responsible for executing and maintaining the business resilience lifecycle for our company. The successful candidate will implement and deploy right-sized strategies across all critical business functions across the enterprise for all operations.

• Develop, document and validate assigned contingency plans that are fit-for-purpose with the designated business and IT executives and senior leaders.
• Conduct assigned third-party resilience audits and assessments following the client's practices and protocols.
• Update Business Resilience policy, standard and supporting procedure documents.
• Liaise with various functions and partners to scope, develop, maintain, and improve resilience plans, contingencies and procedures.
• Improve recovery times and ensure the resiliency of the business through systematic coordination and execution.
• Support the full resilience lifecycle from risk assessment to remediation, including governance, business impact analysis, contingencies, internal and third-party resilience planning/contingencies, assessments/audits, exercises/tests and training.
• Ensure alignment with policies, standards and procedures in deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business continuity management.
• Knowledge of the full business continuity management lifecycle at a hands-on level.
• Excellent knowledge of business continuity/information availability/disaster recovery best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with best practices and standards, including ISO 22301, HIPPA, PCI, IOSCO, CMS and Department of Homeland Security guidance.

• Extensive experience in resilience audits and assessments, including deep knowledge of evaluating, analyzing and summarizing technical documentation.
• Knowledge of computer operating systems, computer networking and data communications technology, IT disaster recovery and business recovery planning, IT strategy, planning, and information.
