Role Description

Our client is seeking a senior-level Business Consultant with deep expertise in ALM and balance sheet modelling for banking institutions in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical experience delivering treasury risk and regulatory solutions using leading industry platforms.

• Provide functional consulting and delivery leadership across treasury risk initiatives
• Configure and support ALM/FTP platforms used in LATAM banking environments
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, and Technology stakeholders to align regulatory and reporting requirements
• Support QA/UAT, data mapping, ETL integration, and post-go-live activities

Qualifications

• ALM / Balance Sheet Modelling / FTP / IRRBB
• Hands-on experience with one or more LATAM ALM platforms:
• Oracle ALM
• Moody's
• Murex
• Kamakura
• Finastra
• Wolters Kluwer OneSumX
• SAS ALM / SAS FTP
• Liquidity Risk and Market Risk knowledge
• Regulatory Reporting (Basel III, local LATAM frameworks)
• SQL, ETL, and data mapping experience

Preferred Skills

• Tableau or Stimulsoft reporting
• Stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
• Spanish language skills (for LATAM client engagement)
