• Work closely with Project and Program Managers to manage scope, prioritize requirements, resolve issues, and support delivery across engagements.
• Support data migration validation, integration testing, deployment activities, and post-go-live support for European client engagements.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders across Europe and act as a trusted senior advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the European CRM practice, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and maximize value from the Veeva platform.
• Contribute to European business development activities, including scoping support and proposal input for new and existing clients.
